Description
This upgrade is available for all laptops that Minifree sells. Libreboot T480 already comes with WiFi, but the AX210 offers higher speeds; this product replaces the default WiFi in your T480.
The T480 normally comes with Intel 8265 AC 802.11ac. Be sure to compare Intel’s specifications for both cards before deciding to replace it with the AX210. The 8265 is an excellent wireless card, but the AX210 is a bit nicer.
NOTE: If you want this on the Libreboot 3050 Micro, please select it on the drop-down menu of the Libreboot 3050 Micro product page, because the cost of installing this upgrade is higher there, since a coax terminal and antenna must be installed where it is usually absent – on T480 the antennae are already there, so only the new card is needed.
So, if you want AX210 for T480, add *this* product to your cart alongside your T480. If you want it for the 3050, select it on the 3050 product page instead.
This is NOT a standalone product. Please only purchase it alongside a Libreboot machine from Minifree. It is provided as a swap/upgrade option.
